Eye contact is one of the elements when looking at body language that can be confusing to everyone including salespeople. Learning how to read nonverbal communication can take some time and effort to see, understand and interpret the signs and signals. Part of sales sabotage is not paying attention to the small details that can make sales easier. Some people do not trust those who do not make good eye contact.
