Get more bang for your buck ✅ Build core and back strength to help with posture, reduce lower back stiffness and become more resilient 🙌🏼 This simple wall exercise can work the big muscles of your back as you extend. You’ll also feel your core working as you put full weight through one arm for a brief period of time and your body has to counterbalance ☝🏽 You can make this more challenging by using a lower surface like a kitchen counter, bed, couch, etc ⬇️ 10-15 repetitions can be a good place to start for most, 2-3 sets.
