Also how to clear pairing information and settings to allow pairing with a new device. Clear pairing data 1 Take out the charged earbuds from the charging case. 2 Press and hold the touch sensors / buttons to power down the buds, the red light should show briefly. 3 Press and hold the touch sensor / buttons on both earbuds until both buds flash red and white once. 4 put the earbuds back in the charging case briefly 5 Take out both buds and they will enter pairing mode 6 Look for the device in the phone / tablet / PC and choose the device that is called earbud_R or similar. The right side bud is the main device for pairing (master bud) Full Factory Reset 1 Take out the charged earbuds from the charging case. 2 Press and hold the touch sensors / buttons to power down the buds, the red light should show briefly. 3 Press and hold the touch sensor / buttons on both earbuds until both buds flash red and white TWICE. there will be a short pause between the red and white flash (approx 3 seconds or so) 4 put the earbuds back in the charging case and leave for 30 seconds. 5 Take out both buds and they will enter pairing mode 6 Look for the device in the phone / tablet / PC and choose the device that is called earbud_R or similar.
