A 21-year-old man, Nilesh Gosai, was detained in Rajkot, Gujarat, on charges of murdering his mother and subsequently posting a photo of her lifeless body on Instagram. The case emerged when a local resident alerted the police, who arrived to find Gosai sitting beside his mother’s body in Bhagat singh ji Garden on University Road. The victim, Jyotiben Gosai, was 48 years old.
