The Republican candidate for the highly contested North Carolina Supreme Court race has challenged 60,000 votes—again. Judge Jefferson Griffin is now asking the state's highest court to throw out the ballots, which could turn the race in his favor. After two recounts, Democratic incumbent Allison Riggs has declared victory with a slim win of just 734 votes. Griffin has not conceded, however.
