Disable gsync 3. enable in separate tab, vsync on and tripple buffer. everything else leave same as general 4. Disable/uncheck everything in compatibility settings for the .exe file. 5. make sure bios is set to 105.85% power and power setting is configured to 100% min & max. 6. in .ini file, make sure grids is set to 4, volumetric lighting is =0, sao is =0, resolution is set to 3840x2160 (depending on screen res) 7.
