Nutrition - 500 kcal (37P, 63C, 10F) + 6g fibre 2 medium eggs 200g greek yogurt (0%) 50g self raising flour 1 tsp honey 1 tsp cinnamon 100g frozen berries Nothing too it. Throw it all in and mix it well. Bake for 30 minutes at 200C (360F). Note - you can make a few tweaks that might improve this. I just like the simplified of frozen berries. I think baking powder is a thought
