Do you experience travel sickness, nausea, vomiting, giddiness, or dizziness while travelling or during anxiety and stress? In this video, I share a simple and effective acupressure technique that can provide instant relief naturally. How this technique works: 1️⃣ Massage the P6 (Neiguan) acupressure point, located about 3–4 finger widths below the wrist line, between the two tendons. 2️⃣ Apply gentle pressure using your thumb or fingers. 3️⃣ Practice this on both hands for best results. Stimulating this point helps calm the nervous system and can reduce nausea, vomiting sensation, motion sickness, giddiness, and anxiety-related discomfort. This technique is easy to practice anytime — while travelling, sitting, or resting. ⚠️ Important Note: This practice is meant for general relief and awareness and is not a replacement for medical treatment. Please consult a doctor if symptoms are severe, persistent, or recurrent. 👉 Follow @karthikmayur for more simple, natural health and self-care practices. 🔗 Helpful Resources 👉 Join my Daily Sri Sri Yoga classes (Online): https://www.artofliving.org/in-en/daily-online-yoga-subscription 👉 Meditations by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: https://www.youtube.com/@MeditationsByGurudev 🧘‍♂️ Mayur Karthik Head Trainer – Sri Sri School of Yoga Art of Living Meditation & Yoga Teacher Trained under the guidance of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Ji
