There are many different makes and models of trampolines out there. I couldn't tell you exactly why I chose this one. Perhaps it was the competitive price. It could have been the sturdiness of the design. What I didn't know when I bought this was how easy it would be to deal with the company when an issue did arise. When you buy this model it comes with a couple of corkscrew-looking stakes and flat, sturdy straps. DO NOT IGNORE THESE. They hold the trampoline down in the event of high winds. During a storm--which did not seem to have particularly high winds--our trampoline left the ground, crashed through a sapling, and came to rest at the far side of our property. The poles that make up the feet of the trampoline are heavy and sturdy. They survived the ordeal without damage. The poles that hold up the safety net are lighter and more pliable. Several of these were damaged and needed to be replaced. This process couldn't have been easier for me. I just called the number on a patch that's stitched to the netting, and they took care of me. I had to email them my proof of purchase and they simply shipped me the spare parts I needed. For free. They made sure I received the parts and that I was happy with the service I received. How could I not be? Great service. Great company. SereneLife lives up to its name.
