More than a million out of work Australians on the JobSeeker payment outside of Victoria have new requirements today. With the reintroduction of "mutual obligations", JobSeeker recipients will now have to apply for up to four jobs a month. And, if they decline a job deemed suitable, their payment could be cut off.
