HITI is creeping up on the RSI Weekly time frame and is also moving up on the Daily. Is this finally the beginning of the turnaround? You must have patience with when trading. Always check the RSI on the different time frames... 1 hr, 4hr, daily, weekly and monthly charts, etc. for signs of a reversal and don't forget to check the MACD, and volume. Trade at your own risk.
