Welcome to this 40-minute full-body flow yoga practice for all levels to help improve your strength and flexibility. This class is ideal for people who want to release tension and open their bodies. We’ll begin with a sequence to build heat in the body and stoke the internal fire to help cultivate tapas. By improving our alignment, we will ensure we get the proper muscles in the body to engage and strengthen while isolating the chronically tight areas to help release tension. By making these minor adjustments in our practice, we can help improve breath flow and vital life force energy in the body or "prana", helping us feel stronger, more confident, and energized.
