Firefighters battled a blaze at a commercial building in downtown Los Angeles early Tuesday morning. A large plume of black smoke was seen rising into the morning sky as commuters made their way through the downtown area, according to footage from the Citizen App. KTLA 5's Rich Prickett reports from Sky5.
