Napakahirap labanan ang DEPRESYON. Minsan nga naiisip natin na HINDI na natin KAYA. Pero hindi ka nag-iisa. Milyun-milyong katao na ang tinatamaan ng depresyon. Mahirap gamutin ang depresyon. Hindi tulad ng isang pisikal na karamdaman, ang pagkalumbay ay hindi mapapagaling ng gamot lamang. Nangangailangan ito ng paghahangad at pagtitiyaga. Kaya't mas dito tayo nahihirapan. Kailangan nating lumaban. NUMBER 1. HUWAG KANG MANIWALA SA NEGATIBONG PAG-IISIP MO. Minsan nagiging kalaban natin ang ating utak. Sinisira ang ating pagkatao dahil sa mga negatibong bagay na pinakinggan natin sa ating utak. Kung sobrang taas ng hinihiling mo sa 'yong sarili. Mas lalo kang manganganib. Kasi kung hindi mo nagagawa ang bagay na 'yon, maiisip mo na hindi ka karapat-dapat. You tell yourself the bad things happening to you are justified & you begin to believe the negative thoughts you tell yourself. Tandaan mo na ang iyong iniisip ay magiging iyong REALIDAD. Simple lang naman ang masasabi ko sa'yo. BAGUHIN MO ANG IYONG PAG-IISIP. Ito ang pinagkaiba sa'yo at ng depresyon. Masaya ka dahil buhay ka. Pero ang depresyon ay papaniwalain ka na buhay ka nga pero wala kang kwenta. And to be honest it's a LIE. Magkakatotoo lang 'yon kung pinaniniwalaan mo. Ipasok mo sa isipan mo na buhay ka pa at may magagawa ka pa. You must train your brain to focus on the GOOD about yourself. Hindi mo matatalo ang depresyon sa isang araw lang. Gaya ng hindi tutubo ang halaman sa isang araw lang. Kailangan mo itong diligan. Ganyan rin dapat tayo. Kung gusto nating magbago ang ating pag-iisip, mag-isip tayo ng positibo ARAW-ARAW.
