Hokkien ngoh hiang stalls are already rare. After the closure of China Street Fritters, Hup Kee Wu Xiang Guan Chang holds the fort at Maxwell Food Centre. Started in the 1930s, Hup Kee has a longer history than China Street Fritters. The Teo family still hand makes four main items: Ngoh Hiang meat roll (Wu Xiang, literally five spice), liver roll, Guan Chang red sausage, and egg cake slice. You can find Hup Kee in the same row as the Malay and Indian food stalls. Hup Kee Wu Xiang Guan Chang https://maps.app.goo.gl/XNmcbALcG7mitEsS9
