How to get the Scampuss Soul Core In Nioh 2. Assign as much "+Soul Core Drop Rate%" Spirits/Accesories/Kodama Blessings as you can then go into any level with a Scampuss close to the start of the mission ( I recommend Corpses and Ice) , summon the Scampuss and wait for it's timer to run out , if your lucky it will drop its Soul Core.
