Initial test for 200 Squats: 100 consecutive Squats in 2:12. I'm very pleased with this (I didn't know that I was able to hit this). Maybe if my dog didn't bark at the end, I could hit more lol. Regardless, this puts me in week 6 day 1. So according to this program, I will be able to hit 200 consecutive squats in 2 weeks!!!! Ok, lets go!
