This is great because there is less competition today than there was six months ago. House flipping is also future proof, since people are always going to be buying and selling homes. The number two side hustle is becoming a realtor. Completing school doesn't take that long, and it's never been easier to make six figures, because prices are at all time highs. To make $100k, all you'd need to do is sell 10 homes at a $10k commission. My third side hustle is a work from home, and that is the social media marketing agency. A lot of companies struggle with running their social media, so if you can become skilled managing ads and social media, you can be of great value to these companies. Once you get clients and experience, it'll be easy to grow your business. The fourth side hustle is couch flipping/Craigslist flipping. You don't need a lot of money or experience to start, so it's a great side hustle for anyone. You can flip almost anything you find a good deal on. The last side hustle is becoming an influencer. You can be a great influencer on or off camera. You can even partner up with somebody who likes being on camera or is a good speaker. The opportunities being an influencer brings are fantastic, and once you've built it up, it's something you'll have forever.
