This is a Response Video to the Wynns who posted last Sunday about the problems with their boat. We feel terrible that the Wynns have experienced so many issues and we intend to do everything we can to stand behind them and make things right. UPDATE: After making this video we prepared a team to conduct repairs on November 29th, 2024. We were sadly denied access. Since then we have been in months of prolonged negotiations to fully buy back the boat. We are buying it back so that we can properly diagnose and repair the vessel, use it for marketing purposes and then resell the yacht with a like-new warranty. We have hired outside industry experts to thoroughly review our electrical wiring installation and they have concluded that our yachts do not have Stray Currents but that they did suffer from Circulating Current, which is easily fixed. We feel terrible that any of our owner's had problems with our yacht(s) and we are doing everything in our power to repair and improve our future designs. We care deeply about our product and we will continue to innovate and improve our designs with each new boat. Hopefully all parties are happy with where this has concluded and we can focus on the future. There will of course always be people that are upset that something bad happened and for that we apologize and can only ask for forgiveness as we try to improve. Thank you for watching.
