4 Tips for Underwater GoPro Videos 🤿 🐠 1. Shoot 4k 60fps: this will make your shots sharper and you can also slow them down later in editing 2. Use highest bitrate (100mbs): High bitrate will give the best quality (less pixelation) 3. Shoot flat picture & turn on 10bit colour: These settings will allow you to edit your clips much more and reduces over exposed highlights. If you don’t plan on editing just go with the standard GoPro colour setting (10bit colour is only available on GoPro 11 ) 4. Use a dome port: A dome port separates particles in the water away from the GoPros lens making shots clearer. You can also get creative and shoot half under over shots. 💡 Bonus editing tip: edit using an app that has tone curves like Davinci, Premier Pro or CapCut will give you a lot more control. If your clips look too blue, use the red tone curve and bring up the mid tones to add colour back into your underwater shots. The deeper you go underwater the more red colour gets lost so adding it back will make it look more natural and colorful. #gopro #gopro11 #underwatervideo #videotips #cinematicvideo #snorkeling #diving #coralreef #underwater #beautifulplaces #beautifuldestinations
