When I bought my Nikon 610 (a full frame camera) I thought I should sell my Nikon D3400 / D3500 (crop sensor cameras). For a while I used the crops sensor and full frame cameras in parallel and I saw that they did different things for me – one could not replace the other. There are several advantages that make a crop sensor camera preferable to a full frame camera. I this video I argue that full frame is not always better than crop sensor and for certain applications and situations it might be the other way around. After testing full frame Nikon D610 and Crop sensor Nikon D3400 (D3500) in parallel I decided that I wanted to have a crop sensor camera next to my full frame.
