This is my interpretation of a very old iraqi love song by the great Monera Al-Hawazwaz. The lyrics are the brainchild of Abdol Karem Al-Alaf, and the music is on nehawand scale by the great Izra Haroon, also known as Azzoori Al-Awwad (3zzoori al3awwad). This was performed sometimes in the thirties of the last century. Since then it has been sung by many with either the same title or as 5af alla rabbak (خاف الله ربك).
