In Episode 7 of the show, Alastor takes his chance at making a deal with Charlie when she is distressed about not knowing what to do about the extermination. He trades a valuable piece of information for a favour in the future. Charlie reluctantly agrees on the condition that Alastor doesn't make her kill anyone. What could Alastor want with this favour? Well, my theory is that he will use Charlie in some way to find a backdoor in his contract that he has with Lilith or whoever holds his contract. Afterall, surely Charlie is not someone who can be controlled by the contract as well. This will allow Alastor to grow his power more and more without any consequence.
