More sophisticated than the first of this series, this model sports all wheel drive. There were various powerplants, starting as a 377 c.i. and ending as a 427 c.i. engine. Originally it was thought it would be a competitor to the Ford GT40 on the race circuit, but GM backed out of racing, so the car never actually competed.
