Prime Minister Narendra Modi left to participate in the Quad leaders’ summit alongside US President Joe Biden, Australian PM Anthony Albanese and Japanese PM Fumio Kishida in Tokyo on May 24. PM Modi will also hold bilateral talks with US President Biden on the sidelines of the summit. With an aim to maintain a free and open Indo-Pacific, the Quad members will have economic and security interests that span the Pacific and Indian Oceans.
