"""Ye karlo phir sab set hai"" ""Bas 10th karlo phir life set"", ""ek baar 12th karli toh padhai khatam"", ""MBA karlo phir job lagjaaegi aur sab sahi"". As an Indian kid we all have heard this, right? I grew up in the same atmosphere too. Being a commerce student in college and not preparing for CAT by the end of 3rd year is still a shock for many! However I didn't choose my road, I constructed it. Fortunately I knew what my interests were, not difficult to find them out if you are doing tens of things simultaneously. I started with NSE Certifications on the first day of college. Went on to become one of the youngest in the world to clear FRM and side by side did plenty of things in finance domain. I quickly realised that like me many of the students are interested in finance but with no knowledge of the starting point or the right courses. In my second year itself I started FinLadder where we taught finance and other technical courses even to the MBAs from the IIMs. Since then we have taught over 5000 students, regarded as the best start-up in University of Delhi and I was also featured in many interviews including '21 under 21' by DUbeat. I have also given many guest lectures and seminars in various colleges across India. I wish to continue the same way and spread financial literacy as much as possible. I went against the wind. Still no plans for CAT though :)" Ishaan Arora is a 21 years old finance enthusiast and a budding entrepreneur. Since then he is on a mission to empower budding entrepreneurs and students with talks across India and teaching over 6000 students online till now.
