Most times our trailers are stored outside and they're exposed to a lot of elements. So just like any metal, it can corrode over time and you can see here's our old shackle strap. It has seen better days, and sometimes your holes can actually begin to oblong over time as the suspension moves. And unfortunately, once it starts to do that, it can get worse over time. So replacing something that connects all your suspension, these are gonna be a strong point to have your lease springs go to your equalizer. So making sure that these are actually structurally strong are gonna make sure that your suspension is gonna be working properly and safely. So these straps have a diameter hole for the bolt of nine sixteenths. And you're gonna want to look at your old shackle straps to make sure that these are a direct replacement. And you're gonna measure the length by going from the center of the hole to the center of the hole. And these ones are gonna be three and 1/8th of an inch. These are going to be steel construction, so they're gonna be nice and sturdy. And also when replacing anything on your suspension, this is just gonna kind of give it a fresh look. You know, if you're replacing your equalizer and you have rusty shackle straps, that doesn't really aesthetically look great, so this is gonna give it a fresh look and also be structurally strong. Now these are sold individually. So if you are replacing your tandem axle equalizer, you're gonna wanna pick up four of them.
