After his three day visit to Europe and One day long visit to Nepal recently, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is now on a two day long visit to Japan where he was warmly welcomed by American President Joe Biden, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and Australian prime minister-elect Anthony Albanese.‘The Quad’ includes India, the US, Japan and Australia. Narendra Modi yesterday on 23rd May, Monday landed in Tokyo Japan, to attend a meeting with the leaders of the Quad aimed at further improving cooperation and relations. This two day long trip to Japan is seen as an opportunity to boost India's relation with America, Japan & Australia in the fields of development, business investments, foreign exchange, and defense by several political experts. Prime Minister Modi interacted with children outside the hotel in Tokyo. He also saw the drawing of a young girl and signed an autograph for her during his interaction with the children. He then interacted with a boy who was waiting for him with a drawing of the tricolor. Prime Minister Modi asked him from where he learnt Hindi and praised him for his fluency in the language. PM Modi will also hold separate bilateral meetings with Biden, Kishida and Albanese. Noting that Japan is home to nearly 40,000 members of the Indian community, who are an important part in India's relations with Japan. PM Modi said he looks forward to interacting with them further on his two days visit.
