The thing is depending on what current state your body is in, its not that simple to base whether you should cut or bulk on the season or not. You could be overweight/obese, you could be skinny fat, you could have a dad bod, completely new to training so a beginner to fitness or you maybe focused on performance and you have a goal you are after.
