My not so wonderful experience with Universal Audio. I purchased what was supposed to be a Refurbished/New B-Stock Universal Audio Apollo x4 QUAD Thunderbolt 3 Audio Interface on Reverb directly from Universal Audio but received a heavily used 2nd hand unit instead. The listing was simply misleading, The title alone stated "Refurbished/New" the condition under the title stated "B-Stock", no images of the actual device were uploaded and no damage/wear and tear was pointed out or mentioned in any way.
