"Have You Ever Been In Love," the original version, was performed by the band, Gem, at a European song contest in 1981 with Andy Hill on lead vocals, and was released as a single by the same band, rebranded as Paris, in 1982. Leo Sayer then released his "World Radio" studio album, also in 1982, and popularized his version of the song which became a hit in the United Kingdom at the time. In 1992, Peter Cetera released the "World Falling Down" studio album which included "Have You Ever Been In Love" that he produced with Andy Hill, the original singer, and David Foster.
