William Fichtner is born in Mitchell Field Air Force Base, East Meadow, Long Island, New York, USA on November 27, 1956 After a degree n Criminal Justice, William Fichtner went on training in New York at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York. He started out in theatre, before making his first steps on camera in the soap opera “As The World Turns" The character actor has since never stopped working and has been seen on TV with “Mom”, “Prison Break”, “Grace Under Fire”, “Crossing Lines”, “MDs” and in films like “Crash”, “Drive Angry”, “Armageddon”, ’The Dark Knight”, “Elysium”, “Mr & Mrs Smith”, etc.. William Fichtner also wrote, directed and produced his first film “Cold Brook”.
