Hey Long Beach, I’m wondering if you’re seeing what we’re seeing in our real estate market… Inventory continues to be low, but we’re seeing more properties going for sale on the market as we enter the warmer months ☀️ The average days for a Long Beach residential property to sell has increased from 2022 but decreased from last month (March 2023). During March 2023, properties on average sold for 💯% of their listed price; and in April, we are already seeing that on average properties are selling a little bit over their listed price. Do you think these are signs of another strong sellers’ market with over asking and multiple offers? ------------------------------------------ ABOUT GIA SILVA: Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Gia has lived in Long Beach, California since 1991.
