Handmade corn tortillas filled with huitlacoche. Location: On the corner of Rio Lerma and Rio Sena. 4.Cemitas. Piled-high sandwiches with quesillo, avocado and chipotle. Location: Rio Sena between Rio Lerma & Reforma. 5.Carnitas. Slowly cooked pork topped with onion, cilantro and salsa. Location: Rio Sena between Rio Lerma & Reforma. 6.Pambazo. A crunchy sandwich filled with chorizo and potatoes, made with bread slathered in a chile sauce and crisped on a comal. Located near the corner of Niza and Liverpool. 7.Burrito.
