Make sure they are nice and ripe when you eat them not hard. In order to soothe our gut we must eat fruit that is ripe which means it is already pre-digested, so it's much easier on the gut. For example bananas should be nice and spotty! When fruit is ripe it is also a lot sweeter and yummy. You might have to wait after you buy the fruit from the store until it gets a bit soft to then fully enjoy it.
