Understand what causes your drop in sales? In order to find the reason for the drop in sales, you need to investigate your store. starting from your seller performance dashboard, looking for defects, cases closed without seller resolution, new negative feedback, change in seller rank (above or below standard, increase in return rate, or tracking delays. The second reason for the drop in sales can be the product you sell if you focused on seasonal products, for example, you listed Christmas items that sold very well during the holiday and now just stop selling. The third reason for slow sales can be wrong policies if you are using too long handling time or you do not accept returns that can directly affect your listing ranking on eBay which will cause lower traffic and sales. The last check I suggest you do is looking inside your traffic dashboard, to see if your store experienced a drop in impressions, which might cause the drop in sales as well. usually, a drop in impressions can be caused because of selling practice, if the eBay algorithm suspects you have been going against their selling practice policy it will automatically downgrade your listing ranking.
