If you are worried about what the food situation is in Cuba, this is a video tour of the lunch Buffett at Memories Flamenco in Cayo Coco. Tips: Get to the buffets when the start, food is very limited just before the close I brought zip loc bags and brought some things from the buffet to put in our mini fridge in the room. Bread, butter, cold cuts, hard boiled eggs. Stuff to make a snack especially if you have kids Everyday is a little different. Scrambled eggs one day and none the next. Again if you are a picky eater Cuba may not be for you. You go to Cuba for the beautiful beaches and the amazing Cuban people. You may want to bring ketchup, mayonnaise, peanut butter, jams, sauces etc as there isn't much here for flavouring. I can live without but if you can't then definatley bring some I also brought things like dry packs of chicken noodle, ramen, crackers, chips etc. These things are either not available for sale or very expensive at the gift shop. I brought the noodles because I was worried if my kids would not like the food here but they haven't complained and 2 of my kids are pretty picky eaters. Great thing is if you don't use them you can leave them for the locals, they really appreciate those things I'm also leaving all my Gravol, Tylenol, and other over the counter meds. These are almost impossible for the locals to get and they can really use these things Bring toilet paper, maybe 3 extra per person or more if you have room. Our room has toilet paper everyday but no extra, when we checked in there was half a roll, we got another roll the next day. The public washrooms on the resort generally don't have toilet paper so bring a roll to the pool, buffet etx Lastly, enjoy the trip, don't let the little things that we take for granted ruin your vacation. The beaches are breath-taking
