Simple exercises = BIG results ✅ The kitchen sink is one of my favorite places to recommend for exercise because it brings so much support and versatility 😻 When I was working as a home care physical therapist, I would use the kitchen sink ALL THE TIME ✅ Here are 3 of my favorites that are great for full body strength. In just 3 simple exercises you can work upper body, lower body and core 👍🏽 As far as repetitions go- 10-20 repetitions each exercise for 2-3 sets may be a good rule of thumb. Modify the rep scheme as needed and add additional exercise modifications as needed ⚠️ Exercise does not have to be complicated to be effective.
