Count this off my bucket list. We take a 3 km walk from my hotel (The Maldron Hotel) through Dublin City Center to the Guinness Storehouse. Our walking tour begins with the ingredients that make up a Guinness, followed by an overview of the brewing process, then putting it all together in the tasting rooms pairing flavors with Guinness aromatics, and finally - the best part - enjoying a wonderful Guinness (or two😃) on the rooftop Gravity Bar with wonderful panoramic views of Dublin.
