Afghani Kabuli Pulao Recipe - National Dish of Afghanistan
Ingredients:
Onion 3 large
Carrots 3 large
Raisins 1/2cup Optional
Ghee/Sesame Oil 1cup
Meat Mutton/Beef 1.5kg
Salt 2tbs
Cumin Crushed 2tbs
Water 1.5 liters for boiling meat
Water 1.5 liters again for rice (water should be 1/2inch over rice)
