Burnt basque cheesecake! (15cm diameter pan) ⭐️Ingredients⭐️ 250g Cream cheese 60g Sugar 5g flour 1 Egg yolk 1 Egg 150g Whipping cream Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 30 minutes! 🩷 After it’s done baking, slightly open the oven and leave the cheesecake to cool down in the oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely before serving. Tips: Make sure all ingredients are room temperature.
