Thanks so much for watching! -- Jennifer Cheeseburger Pasta Skillet -1 lb Ground Beef -1/2 chopped onion -1 cup washed and chopped mushrooms -2 cups dry Elbow Noodles -2 1/2 cups Beef Broth -Burger Seasoning of your choice (I use Weber Gourmet Burger) -2 tbsp Ketchup -1 tbsp Mustard -2 cups shredded Sharp Cheddar Directions: Brown ground beef in large skillet. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT cheddar cheese. Cover and simmer, stirring often, until noodles are al dente'. Stir in cheddar cheese. Serve with steamed veggies!
