Whiskey Sour Tutorial - In a shaker add 3/4 oz of lemon juice, 1/2 oz simple syrup, 1/2 oz of egg white, 2 dashes of angostura bitters, and 2 oz of bourbon. Shake without ice first this is called a dry shake, then add in ice and shake some more. Pour over a fine mesh strainer into a cocktail glass that has ice in it.
