It's close in frequency -- sort of -- and higher in core count, but it's also entering a field heavily dominated by the AMD R9 3900X and R9 3950X CPUs. All three of these, of course, have been largely paper launches, but both AMD and Intel are working toward getting shelves more consistently stocked.
