First thing they would do, is take over China, and qucikly take them. Mongolia would be their next victim, who would quickly be destroyed. North Korea would be next on the line, and would be demolished before they can do anything. US would finally have enough, and would help Japan, who would be their next victim. Qing soldiers would be destroyed, leading US and Russia to join forces, and defeat them in the end.
