Beetroot Kanji This fermented is has unique taste, absolutely healthy, delicious summer cooler🤤 Ingredients: 1 Big size beetroot 2 ltr water 1 tbsp mustard powder 1 tbsp sugar 1 sp pepper powder Add all the ingredients in a glass jar, mix well. Place the jar in the sun for 2-4days for fermentation. Stir the mixture using a clean and dry spoon every next day. The time of fermentation will depend on how strong the sun is. If the sun is strong, Kanji will get ready in 3 days and if it is mild, then it can take up to 5 days. Strain and add some lemon juice, Serve chilled. Note: Beetroot can be used for salad; it tastes yummy.
