(I use the measuring cup that comes with my rice cooker.) sushi rice, uncooked 3-4 sheets of nori 1 package of Sushi no ko, rice seasoning Cook your rice as directed by your rice cooker. Add the rice seasoning to the hot cooked rice, using a slicing motion. Allow the rice to cool to room temperature. Fold the nori sheets in half to create two sheets. Slice the avocado into 1/2” slices. Place a half sheet of nori onto a bamboo sushi mat, shiny side down. Place ~1/3- 1/2 C. or seasoned rice onto the nori. With dampened fingers use your fingertips to spread the rice into an even layer leaving a 1/2” border at the top. Place 2 slices of avocado onto the rice layer. Use the bamboo mat to roll up the sushi. With a sharp knife that has been dampened with water, slice the roll into 6 pieces. Serve immediately.
