Carbs = Performance Once I retired from CrossFit, I convinced myself I didn’t need carbs. Over time I wasn’t able to push my performance and started to develop cravings and cramping. I decided to add carbs back in and saw a huge difference in my training, energy, recovery and overall quality of life. I’ve learned that you can still be lean, shredded & sexy with high carbs, as long as you know how to implement them into your day to day.
