I always carry a fishing pole with me when bikepacking. It doesn't always see that much use but in Patagonia it would be a sin not to wet a line. The scenery is amazing and catching a salmon while traveling by bicycle is one of those things I will cherish from my trip. If you don't believe me just listen to my voice when I catch the fish... I'm not an actor so that is 100% Karl (fish freak) geeking out over this amazing catch. In the second half of the video I find a large patch of blackberries and process them into some Jam before crossing the border from Chile into Argentina and cycling the famous "Siete Lagos" 7 lakes route into San Martin De Los Andes.
