I painted this vintage Dixie tallboy dresser and here's how you can do it too! 1. Remove all hardware with electric screwdriver 2. Give everything a good scrubdown with Simple Green cleaner 3. Scuff sand with 140 grit sandpaper ( I needed a small detail sander to get into the drawers) 4. Fixed damage with Bondo, a piece of veneer, and wood filler. 5. Primed with Zinsser bullseye primer with paint sprayer 6. Fixed a thousand cracks with more wood filler 7. Sprayed the custom dark green colour (3 coats), then added polyurethane and sprayed a couple coats of that as well 8. Stained top with water based stain in colour "Walnut" 9. Sealed top with oil based spray polyurethane 10. Drilled hardware and installed Follow for more and thanks for supporting my journey! #furnitureflip #furnituremakeover #diyvideos
